Woman of heart you are warmly invited to gather with us, your ‘female tribe for the day’ in order to:
- Retreat – step away from the world into a safe, gentle, held space and listen to the whispers from your intuition.
- Reflect – take time to look back over the past year and notice what has naturally been dying away, and what is now stirring within your soul to be birthed and nurtured.
- Re-emerge- return to your life with a sense of sacred connectedness, and inspiration, enabling you to shine your beautiful light brightly in 2023.
The day will be structured and facilitated with plenty of time for self-reflection and sharing with others. Techniques may include journaling, guided visualisation, simple ceremony, NLP, use of sound, and working with natural objects.
The workshop will be taking place at the time of Imbolc – the seed planting time of year, and we will be tuning into and harnessing this potent energy together.

Helen is a facilitator of transformational life journeys towards freedom, healing and a deep connection to the divine and the sacred. She is a Creative Psychotherapist, Healer and Forgiveness Guide. What refreshments are provided?
Teas and coffees will be provided throughout the day. Participants are requested to bring their own lunch.

Tickets are limited and are £55 earlybird, and £60 standard for the day.

Yes, the nearest train stations are Camborne or Redruth, and the T1 and T2 buses leave from near the train stations and stop at the Spar shop on Trevenson Road, Pool, which is a 5-6 minute walk from the venue.
